Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping options within the U.S. via UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air for customers who need their gear in a hurry. To qualify for same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday through Friday. Please note that expedited shipping applies to business days only.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, or over the weekend, will ship the next business day. For example, any expedited orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM MT or during the weekend will be shipped out on Monday. Shipping times may be impacted by federal holidays or UPS service interruptions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take pride in making sure your gear arrives in top shape. If your order shows up damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at [insert contact method – e.g., support@methodgolfco.com or via our website contact form], so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Condition & Restocking Fee

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). Items must meet our return guidelines to be eligible for a full refund. If an item is not returned in its original condition, including packaging and tags, Method Golf Co. reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a 15% restocking fee.
