That’s why our core Method Golf system components are backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

If a covered Method product fails during normal use, we’ll make it right. That may mean a replacement part, a repair solution, or a replacement product. No complicated process. No runaround. Just simple, straightforward support from a company that stands behind its gear.

Our Lifetime Warranty applies to core Method Golf system components across both current and future product generations, including GEN1 and GEN2.

Some Method products are designed to be used, worn, washed, scrubbed, cleaned, refilled, or replaced over time. These products are part of the Method experience, but they are not lifetime-warranty items in the same way as our molded structural components.

  • Replacement parts specifically identified as wear items

That said, we still stand behind the experience. If one of these items arrives damaged, is defective, or does not perform the way it should under normal use, contact us and we’ll make it right.


Bundles, Packs & Systems

Some Method bundles and packs include both lifetime-covered components and consumable products.

For example, a system pack may include a covered platform, mount, base, tile, or molded accessory along with towels, brushes, scrubbers, or cleaners. In those cases, the core system components are covered for life, while towels and cleaning products are treated as consumables or wear items.

What Lifetime Means

Lifetime coverage applies to the functional life of the covered Method product under normal golf use.

It covers defects in materials, workmanship, and functional failures that should not happen with normal use.

It does not cover:

  • Loss or theft
  • Intentional damage
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect function
  • Wear, staining, fraying, bristle wear, pad wear, or cleaning-surface wear on consumable products

How to Start a Warranty Claim

If something goes wrong, contact us and we’ll help get you taken care of.

  • Your name
  • Order number or proof of purchase, if available
  • Product name
  • A short description of the issue
  • A photo or video, if helpful
