Great product!! Keeps my phone from sliding around, customer service is awesome! The only minor improvement would be a way to lock the adjustment knob once its sets for your phone so you don’t have to readjust it if it gets moved putting it in and out of your bag. The home base accessory is awesome as well cause it keeps everything neatly organized on your bag.
